Location- Gurgaon, Sector 28, Skinfinity Derma Clinic.

Job Type - Full-time ( 10 to 8 pm)

Salary- ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + good incentives

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Gurgaon. As a CRM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our patients, addressing their concerns, and promoting our services.

Responsibilities-

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients

- Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly

- Promote our services and treatments to patients

- Manage patient data and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations

- Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements-

- Female candidate preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in customer service or CRM role

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

- Basic knowledge of dermatology and skincare services is a plus
