Serve as the primary liaison for international clients, handling inquiries, follow- ups, and communications.
Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking for international markets.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, regulatory) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain client databases, sales records, and communication logs using CRM software.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Support sales teams with documentation, quotations, proforma invoices, andorder status updates.
Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the business development team for service improvement.
Assist in developing long-term relationships with international distributors and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export guidelines.
Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, satisfaction, and order trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zo ho, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
Understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, shipping processes, and trade compliance.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across cultures and time
