Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Service Executive who will handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. You'll assist customers with their queries, orders, and feedback while ensuring a smooth and satisfying brand experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to grow in customer experience and brand communication.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, social media, andphone in a professional and timely manner. Ensure smooth handling of orders, returns, exchanges and coordinating with internal teams. Maintain and update customer data and records in CRM systems. Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. Gather and share customer insights with the marketing and product teams. Maintain a polite, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in every interaction.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. 0-6 months of experience in customer service, CRM, or client handling (internship or full-time). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel. A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability. Prior experience in D2C, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Zoho CRM.
