Looking for a customer relationship manager for one of the leading window treatment solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for showroom customers, providing exceptional assistance and support.
Listen to customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain regular communication with customers to build and nurture strong relationships.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and order history.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in using CRM software or customer management tools.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
