Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

11.11 eleven eleven clothing brand is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in New Delhi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? ?Build and nurture strong relationships with our valued customers, providing one-on-one care and attention

? ?Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

? ?Ensure a seamless customer journey from order placement to delivery, and beyond

? ?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product and service enhancements

? ?Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention

? ?Stay informed about our organic clothing products, materials and sustainability practices to provide accurate information to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

? ?Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry

? ?Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach

? ?Passion for sustainable and organic products

? ?Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

? ?Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
