1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, including Email, Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to assist customers.
3. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and find effective solutions.
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
7. Assist in maintaining product knowledge by staying up-to-date with company updates and industry trends.
8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills.
9. Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer support experience.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
11. Keep in track the inventory status and availability of products and update regarding the same.
