Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for post-service/product feedback and support.
Receive inbound calls and assist customers with their concerns or queries.
Record feedback, complaints, or suggestions and escalate critical issues to the concerned team.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach on all calls.
Accurately log customer interactions in the system or CRM.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Share customer insights with the relevant departments to improve service quality.
Meet daily call and reporting targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi]
Polite, patient, and empathetic attitude.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and call logging tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
