1. Client Interaction, calling, email, meeting clients
2. Indepth Knowledge of CRM activities and all post sales documentation
3. Fluent in English who can confidently meet, greet and resolve query/ paper work
4. Follow up with other departments for getting work completed within stipulated time
5. File management and record keeping of properties
