The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client data, and supporting store operations. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, fashion sense, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Provide personalized styling and fashion assistance to clients.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain and update client databases (CRM software or Excel).
Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Support event planning, designer visits, and client engagement activities.
Follow up with customers for appointments, trials, deliveries, and post-sale service.
Ensure high standards of in-store presentation and client service.
Manage multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales & client retention targets.
Generate reports and insights on client preferences and buying patterns.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
