The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long
term relationships with premium clients, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience. The
role focuses on personalized client engagement, after-sales service, and customer retention to
enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with premium clients
through calls, WhatsApp, and digital communication.
Maintain a
centralized customer database
, including purchase history, preferences, important dates, and styling notes.
Coordinate with designers for:
Special/custom orders
Alterations & production updates
Delivery timelines and dispatch status
Ensure smooth after-sales service
including follow-ups, feedback collection, payment collection and complaint resolution.
Support event coordination for
designer trunk shows, previews, and private
appointments.
Collaborate with marketing for
customer engagement campaigns and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in client servicing or CRM in luxury retail or designer fashion
