We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive long-term business growth. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and complaints.
Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with key clients.
Ensure timely resolution of issues to retain clients.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Support business development through referrals and repeat business.
Person Specification (Requirements):
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a CRM, Relationship Manager, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is preferred.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
