JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key commercial clients (fleet owners, logistics companies, corporate clients, etc.).
2. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries, issues, and service requirements.
3. Coordinate with the sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
4. Resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Track customer satisfaction metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
6. Assist in the collection of payments and ensure there are no outstanding dues from commercial clients.
QUALIFICATION: Graduation from any recognized university.
EXPERIENCE- Minimum 3 years of experience in same field.
