Job Description

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinate and conduct site visits for client testimonial video/photo shoots, ensuring clients are comfortable and the brand is positively represented. Perform regular cold calling activities to generate new business leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns. Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and loyalty. Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written) with internal teams and clients. Draft professional emails, proposals, and reports as needed.

Customer Feedback & Reporting:

Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback to improve services and enhance customer experience.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Follow-up & Relationship Building:

Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to update them on services, gather feedback, and explore upselling opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
