Capture leads from websites, portals (like Zillow, MagicBricks, 99acres), social media, and offline sources Automatically assign leads to agents Lead scoring based on engagement or property interest

Contact & Client Management



Maintain detailed client profiles Track communication history (calls, emails, meetings) Segment clients by interest, budget, location, or buying stage
3.

Property Listings Integration



Centralized database of property listings Match properties with buyer preferences Share listings directly with clients via email or WhatsApp
4.

Follow-ups & Reminders



Automated follow-up reminders Drip email campaigns for nurturing cold leads SMS/WhatsApp integration for instant communication
5.

Pipeline & Deal Tracking



Visualize sales pipeline (e.g., new lead ? site visit ? offer ? closing) Track deal progress and forecast revenue
6.

Task & Calendar Management



Schedule and manage appointments, site visits, and calls Sync with Google Calendar or Outlook
7.

Reporting & Analytics



Track agent performance, lead conversion rates, and source effectiveness Monitor sales targets and revenue trends
8.

Mobile App Access



Manage leads and tasks on the go Access client details during property visits
