The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty. This role acts as a key liaison between customers and the organization, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Manage customer accounts and oversee the entire customer lifecycle Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer experience Track customer interactions using CRM systems and ensure accurate records Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies Prepare regular reports on customer performance and relationship status
