Core Responsibilities

Relationship Building

: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Customer Advocacy

: Understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.

Issue Resolution

: Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback across channels (phone, email, social media) quickly and efficiently.

Sales & Growth

: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value.

Strategy & Collaboration

: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

Data Analysis

: Analyze customer data and market trends to develop retention strategies and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
