We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to join our team in Kolkata who builds and maintains strong, long-term and beneficial relationships with an organization's customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs while ensuring smooth execution of orders and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with global and domestic clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production, documentation) to ensure timely delivery and service. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in negotiations and support the sales team to achieve customer retention and revenue growth. Keep track of export documentation, shipment schedules, and after-sales support. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling within existing client portfolios. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Prepare and present customer status reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

3 years of proven experience

as a Customer Relationship Manager/Executive in industry. Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and logistics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client escalations and resolve issues with a solution-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic reporting tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
