Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused CRM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide effective solutions, and maximize the value of each account.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and effective problem-solving. Identify client challenges and provide strategic solutions to enhance account value. Monitor account performance and analyze key metrics to track progress. Prepare and present regular reports to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in CRM, account management, or customer support roles. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
