Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy
CRM Specialist
to manage, optimize, and grow our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer journeys, improved lead management, and enhanced client engagement. Your primary role will be to support business growth by ensuring our CRM system effectively supports sales pipelines and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and regular database cleanup.
Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation, and campaigns to support lead nurturing and conversion.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design customer journeys and funnel strategies.
Generate performance reports and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and client retention.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and usage.
Monitor client interactions, feedback, and behavior to optimize customer engagement strategies.
Work with IT and external vendors when required to ensure CRM integrations and updates are implemented smoothly.
Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance in all CRM-related activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Experience with email marketing platforms, automation tools, and data analytics.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with real estate sales processes and customer life cycles is a strong plus.
