Role Overview
TISVA Lighting is seeking a dynamic CRM who can drive business growth through showroom sales, client engagement, and marketing activities. The role involves meeting clients, site visits, market expansion, and representing the brand across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new leads for TISVA lighting and other interior solutions.
Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, brokers, and vendors
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, sales, business development, or marketing (interior/design/real estate preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and conduct
