Manage pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, payments, documentation, and handovers.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per schedule and send reminders when required.
Manage customer database, track interactions, and update records in CRM software.
Address grievances and escalate issues to management when needed.
Assist in organizing site visits, client meetings, and property handovers.
Support in drafting and sending official communications such as demand letters, allotment letters, and possession intimation.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improving service quality.
Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric behavior.
