Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers through various channels including phone calls and emails

Promptly respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide sales/service information.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences and concerns.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further assistance and follow up to ensure resolution.

Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from customers regarding products, services, and overall experience.

?

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.

?

Communication:

Communicate product updates, promotions, and relevant information to customers

Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or requests.

?

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
