Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
Schedule and attend client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Provide timely solutions to client queries, issues, and requests.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Ensure regular communication and feedback loops with clients.
Support sales and business development teams in onboarding new clients.
Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and take necessary actions based on feedback.
Work toward client retention and loyalty initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or relationship management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle pressure.
Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
