Job Description

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in real estate Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Providing regular updates on property progress and addressing client queries promptly. Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Support and Coordination:

Managing the post-sales process, including documentation, payments, and collections. Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to personalize customer engagement. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

Identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implementing customer-centric processes and procedures.

Internal Collaboration:

Working closely with various internal departments (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to fulfill client needs. Communicating client feedback and concerns to relevant teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Generating reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints effectively. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the real estate industry.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and legal requirements. Analytical skills to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
