Job Summary:


We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to engage with parents, understand their requirements, and manage relationships throughout the enquiry and onboarding process. The role involves regular communication with parents through calls and field visits to explain our educational services and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Connect with parents through calls and messages to understand their needs Explain services clearly and address queries effectively Visit parent locations when required to strengthen relationships Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship continuity

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline Good communication skills in English and Tamil Strong interpersonal and relationship-handling skills Willingness to travel within assigned locations 0-2 years experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
