Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management, or related fields.
Experience
1-5 years in CRM, preferably in
luxury retail, or high-value consumer categories
.
Experience managing HNI customer journeys is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Braze, MoEngage).
Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, customer lifecycle strategy.
Good Excel/Google Sheets and analytics skills (SQL is a plus).
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--especially for luxury clientele.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling HNI/VVIP customer data.
Storytelling ability to craft luxury-led communication.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand aesthetics and premium positioning.
