Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Issue Resolution

:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, working to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Strategy Development

:Develop and implement customer retention programs and strategies to ensure loyalty and reduce churn.

Internal Collaboration

:Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis

:Use CRM systems and data to analyze customer trends, monitor competitor activities, and inform business strategies.

Business Growth

:Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to meet client demands and drive revenue.
