Job Opening: CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management)



Experience Required:

3-5 Years

Industry Preference:

Real Estate / Interiors / Construction or Relevant Industry

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients. Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively. Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Design, Accounts, Operations) to ensure seamless client experience. Maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-ups in CRM systems. Track and report client-related updates, feedback, and escalations to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:



3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the

real estate or allied industries

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability in handling customer objections and conflict resolution. Well-versed in CRM tools and follow-up practices. Organized, proactive, and client-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
