Job Summary:



The

Customer Relationship Manager

will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong ability to understand client needs and align them with company solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and support. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. Understand client needs, pain points, and goals to offer tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver customer-focused outcomes. Manage onboarding, training, and implementation processes for new clients. Track customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address concerns or complaints. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to capitalize on them. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues using CRM tools. Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.

Candidate Requirements:



Education:

Postgraduate (MBA, M.Com, etc.) or

B.E.

degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum of

5 years

in customer relationship management, account handling, or client servicing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). Ability to multitask and manage client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in [insert preferred industry if any - e.g., IT services, SaaS, Research]. Knowledge of project coordination or basic technical understanding (especially for BE graduates). Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
