Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to oversee and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in building long-term client relationships. This role will play a key part in expanding our market presence and ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



l Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to increase sales and market share.

l Maintain regular communication with key accounts and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable product solutions.

l Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers across various channels (retail, wholesale, HORECA).

l Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up diligently to convert prospects into long-term clients

l Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

l Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

l Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service offerings and customer experience.

l Prepare and present reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and market insights.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

l 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the FMCG, grocery, or food supply industry.

l Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

l Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tracking tools.

l Proven ability to achieve targets and manage customer accounts effectively.

l Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

l Fluency in English and regional languages (as applicable).

l Ability to travel locally to meet clients and visit sales points.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
