The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This role involves prospecting and engaging with potential clients, developing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a good understanding of real estate or ed tech, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and developers.
Conduct Site visits and project demonstrations to prospective clients.
Market Analysis:
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Align with the insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and expanding market reach.
Lead Management:
Follow up on leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Customer Service:
Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and client onboarding.
Qualifications:
Education:
Any degree.
Experience:
Previous experience in real estate or ed tech channel partner roles is preferred.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Leadsquared CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
