Developing and executing patient engagement strategies, including personalized communication and targeted marketing campaigns.
Collecting and analyzing Leads and customer data
Strong understanding of CRM systems and platforms (e.g., Zoho).
Customer Billing through CRM software
Effective communication skill in English and Tamil.
Pleasing personality with positive approach to handle customer queries.
Managing the center, coordinating with Doctors and Technicians for smooth operation.
