Handle customer interactions related to vehicle service, repairs, and maintenance.
Make service reminder calls for periodic maintenance, insurance renewal, and extended warranty.
Follow up with customers after service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with the service team for quick resolution.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/DMS software.
Ensure adherence to OEM customer satisfaction standards.
Conduct customer feedback calls and surveys (CSI).
Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager in a timely manner.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and billing team to ensure smooth service experience.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly customer feedback and follow-up reports.
Promote value-added services and service campaigns.
