Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver seamless service.
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare reports on customer engagement and relationship metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management or client servicing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
