Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
3. Develop personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales).
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity. - Conduct daily thorough online research and document findings systematically.
6. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
7. Stay updated on latest products/services through weekly factory visits and studying company lierature
8. Digital Asset Management :- Utilize Dropbox to store and organize product images. Maintain a systematic filing system for product images and marketing materials. Ensure version control and update product images as needed.
9. Travel Assistance :- Assist sales personnel with travel planning.
Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
Experience - 4-5 years of experience in CRM, sales, or marketing. Experience in Construction/Manufacturing/Design Industry would be an added advantage.
Skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). - Familiarity with Dropbox or similar cloud storage platforms. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Certifications - CRM certification (e.g., CRM, CRM-IT). - Sales or marketing certification (e.g., CSO, CMO).
