We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactive Event Assistant cum Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about events, client engagement, and relationship management, especially with VIP clients. You'll play a key role in event execution and maintaining strong client relationships for a prestigious jewellery and publishing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Event CoordinationAssist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event operations
Client Relationship Management Handle telecalling and regular follow-ups with VIP clients Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
Travel & On-Ground SupportTravel to different cities for events, client meetings, and on-site coordination
Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure clear communication and timely updates
Data Management & Reporting Maintain event and client data using Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Prepare reports and track event-related information accurately
Requirements
