Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to close leads.
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Monitor lead status and ensure no lead is missed or delayed.
Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience:
0 - 2 years of experience in CRM / customer handling (freshers can apply if trained).
