Job Description

Main Responsibilities



Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Create and send marketing messages and feedback calls. (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, etc.). Track customer behavior and help improve customer experience. Support sales and marketing teams with customer data and reports. Run campaigns to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.

Skills Required



Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Google Sheets, Zoho, etc.). Good communication and computer skills. Ability to analyze simple customer data. Organised and detail-oriented.
