Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and customer service practices.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
