Job Description

Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer records. Handle client communication and ensure timely resolution of queries. Coordinate with accounts team for

bill and payment follow-ups

. Track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Generate reports and insights for management. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to streamline operations. Build long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or related field. 1-3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination. Good communication and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot etc.). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
