Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Client Relationship Executive

to manage and maintain relationships with customers in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client communication via calls, emails, and visits. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order updates. Respond to client queries regarding orders, timelines, and documentation. Maintain customer records and follow-up details. Support the sales team with client coordination and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Female candidate with excellent communication skills. Confident, polite, and client-facing personality. Ability to handle multiple clients professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email). Experience in manufacturing/steel industry is a plus.
