Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests over the phone in line with company standards
Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up tasks in internal systems
Understand and support multiple insurance products and service processes
Use pre-defined scripts to offer product information and retain customers
Provide clear summaries of unresolved queries for internal escalation
Handle irate customers with empathy and professionalism
Meet performance metrics including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing team initiatives and improvement programs.
