Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

CRM Executive - Real Estate

to manage customer relationships across residential property portfolios. The role focuses on lead management, client follow-ups, site visit coordination, and post-sales engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities



Manage leads from multiple channels (web portals, walk-ins, brokers, referrals) Update and maintain CRM data for prospects, clients, site visits, and bookings Assign and track leads to sales agents and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and call schedules Track customer journey from inquiry to booking and possession Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management Support sales teams with pipeline analysis and conversion insights Handle post-sales CRM activities including documentation follow-ups and customer queries Maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality as per company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of CRM or customer support experience (Real Estate preferred) Experience with real estate CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Sell.Do, etc.) Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Good coordination and follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,619.63 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
