Job Summary

Sky Gold & Diamond Ltd. is seeking a

CRM Executive

fluent in

South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)

to manage and strengthen relationships with B2B clients. The role focuses on customer engagement, order coordination, and post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

B2B client communication

through calls, emails, and WhatsApp Coordinate with

sales, production, and logistics teams

for order processing Maintain and update

customer data in CRM systems

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally Support sales team in

order confirmations, dispatch updates, and collections

Build long-term relationships with regional clients Ensure

timely feedback and customer satisfaction

Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and order status

Language Requirements

Mandatory proficiency in

any one or more

of the following: Tamil Telugu Kannada Malayalam English & Hindi knowledge preferred

Candidate Profile

Any Graduate (Commerce / Business preferred) 1-5 years of experience in

CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination

Jewellery industry experience

preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
