We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Relationship Manager
to handle client interactions after order placement. The candidate will ensure complete client satisfaction through timely service, feedback collection, and smooth coordination till payment realisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client communication from order to payment.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Collect genuine feedback and resolve client queries promptly.
Act as the point of contact for client issues and escalate when required.
Maintain strong product/service knowledge to support clients effectively.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (spoken & written).
Polite and professional disposition.
Strong follow-up ability and problem-solving attitude.
Proactive and customer-orientated mindset.
Must be available on calls during working hours.
Experience:
1-3 years (preferably in client servicing or coordination role)
Education:
Graduate (any stream)
Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (up to ₹30,000 for candidates handling major clients)
Work Location:
Candidates should stay within 30-45 minutes' distance from the office.
