We are seeking a qualified and result-oriented CRM Manager with 5+ years of experience in real estate customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will manage post-sales operations, documentation, collections, and handovers, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
new bookings, documentation, and CRM systems
.
Generate
demand letters, receipts, ledgers, and MIS reports
.
Coordinate with
Legal, Accounts, and Site teams
for agreement registrations, reconciliations, and NOCs.
Handle
customer queries and support
during agreement execution and handover stages.
Manage
payment collections, defaults, and recovery processes
.
Oversee
flat/shop handovers
with quality checks and compliance.
Ensure
post-sales support
and complete documentation till possession.
Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in CRM (Real Estate industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of
post-sales documentation, agreements, collections, and compliance
.
Excellent
customer handling, coordination, and communication skills
.
Proficiency in
CRM software / ERP (SAP/Farvision preferred)
.
Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
