We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to manage customer interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise customer service representatives. Ensure fast and efficient service to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues. Keep customers updated on products and promotions. Maintain customer database and follow-ups. Train and support team members. Generate reports for management. Use social media to promote products.

Requirements:

1-2 years of customer service experience. Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month Health insurance Provident Fund Incentives and yearly bonus
