Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, proposals, and follow-ups
Serve as a point of contact for client queries and communication
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports
Support sales campaigns, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Ensure timely coordination between clients and internal teams
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in sales coordination or client servicing preferred
