Document all interactions accurately in the system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Meet performance metrics like response time and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
- Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international voice experience is preferred.
Interview Process:
