Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

CRM Executive

to manage and enhance customer relationships at our Ather Showroom. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely follow-ups, and efficient handling of all inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, test ride scheduling, and product information requests. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software) with accurate and current information. Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Ensure smooth customer onboarding and coordinate with the delivery and service teams. Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow-up reports. Assist the sales and service team in upselling and cross-selling products and services. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and customer engagement events. Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and collect testimonials. Prepare and share regular CRM performance reports with management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer relations, or front office (automotive or EV industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
